Commercial Description:
This beer looks like it means business right from the start. It is dark red brown with a good fluffy head and has a rich spicy malt nose with a few bitter orange notes. The palate has a big hoppy bite and a rich, fruity, dark coffee character, which tries to become roasted in the finish.

Dark brown beer with small beige head. Aroma was yeasty and sweet with a hint of lemon. Initially a beguiling sweet and spicy taste of citric fruits, but rather thin and lacking body. Only a distant trace of bitterness.

Pours a dark brown with a fizzy and thin brown head that lasts. Aroma is malty and coffee like with some dried fruit flavors such as prunes. Sweet and fizzy beer. Some chocolate, plum, and brown sugar. Very fizzy on the toungue. Sweet and good but not exactly fantastic.

Bottle
Citric (orangepeel) and yeasty aroma. Dark red brown, low creamy head. Minerallly earthy on the tip of the tongue, relatively light fruity (peach, apples, pineapple) body which canters over into a dusty mineral note and light bandaid. Exits fast hereafter.

Aroma of chocolate, caramel and spice. Cloudy mahogony, trace of red at the edges, pours an enormous, long lasting, toffee head, with yards of lace. Flavour is woody, burnt almond, red plums, pomegranate, as it warms, it is hard not to gulp this offering. Complex, medium bodied, really well balanced, bitter, alcohol isn’t noticed. Fantastic!
