This beer, brewed in the spring, originates from two varieties of malts and hops. Straightforward taste with very pronounced malt flavour. Amber colour with very abundant white foam. Easy to digest beer, very refreshing with long persistence and dry final taste on the back of the tongue.

(Bottle 75 cl) Dark golden, slightly hazy with a nice, dense head. Fruity nose. Rather light-bodied and not overly complex. Hops are there but never dominate. Decent but far from exceptional. 081098

Some grassy hop notes initially. Sweet and cardboardy nose. giving way to a thin and uncomplex body. Some mild citrus and spice finish with some residual acidity.

A cloudy Iced tea color with a massive foamy beige head. A great malty scent, rich with wood, yeast, flowers & fruit. A bit thin feeling. Like a cedar log that is covered in moss and fungi. Rich and earthy. Has a dry finish.

Poured a medium orange color with an averaged sized white head. Aromas of fowers, citris and a little musty. Sweet and floral tasting with a dry finish. Nothing too special but nothing bad either.
