Commercial Description:
Raspberry-flavored with very soft taste. This summer session, light and refreshing beer appeals to women and young drinkers. Its color and special ‘look’ add another dimension to the diversity and richness of La Binchoise’s product range.

Bottle from Foreign Bar at Bedford BF ’08. Pink with a white head. Raspberry jam aroma. Taste is quite authentic but it’s rather thin and watery. No sourness. A little dryness. The women in my circle , to whom, according to the Commercial Description, this product appeals, thought it wasn’t flavourful enough.

(Draught) Sampled at the Great Canadian Beer Festival in Victoria, BC, September 8th 2008. Copper-red body with a quick dissipating white head. Nose is jammy and seedy. Sweet, tart and raspberry. Not very exciting but not as sweet as many of this style. 6/2/5/2/11

25cl, from the brewery, easy to drink, not complex fruit beer, hazy, good head, nothing special

<i<Bottled. </i> Reddish golden, small head. Strong perfumy aroma of ripe raspberries. Very sweet with unpleasant strong burning saccharine flavour. Ends up being way too cloying and artificial.

Coppery colored, little yellow head. Aroma is nothing but raspberries, some tart bubblegummy sweetness and added saft also here. Too much of everything. Medium bodied, crispy palate. Flavor is the same: raspberry saft and strong sweetness, which also lasts in aftertaste. Easy to drink though.
