(bottle @ Quinns) Tastes like sherbet with several fruits - plum, strawberry and raspberry. Tastes like fruity gelly sweets. Fizzy, sticky finish. Very drinkable for a 9% Christmas beer!

Nov 28, 2005 Don’t you love the little cherubs? Reddish amber with a respectable head and urgent cabonation, the aromas waft towards the nose carrying scents of mulled fruit, slight alcohol, mysterious yeasty esters and a slight tartness. A full mouthfeel welcomes a combination of sweetness, a strong fruitiness and more sweetness with a slightly sticky finish. Rich and flavorful, if a bit too sweet for my tastes on a general basis. Recommended.
