linc33 (136), Albany, New York, USA Aug 11, 2007 On tap at the St Catherine/Crescent location. Doesn’t look, smell or taste like a Wit, but is very good all around. I wasn’t aware this was available in bottles, or I’d have bought a couple. They sell "beer cocktails", one of which includes the great Sortilege mixed with this brew - highly recommended!
HopheadHans (593), Bay Area, California, USA Aug 14, 2008 Pours with a cloudy yellow color. Very well done wit. Light on spices, more yeasty, perhaps more like a German Hefeweissen. Bready and a bit fruity with a medium body. Fresh tatsing. Served at 3 Brasseurs in Grenoble. AleDrinker (1073), Sunnyvale, California, USA Jul 16, 2008 Pretty standard white here. There is a perfume quality to all of their beers. This is the only style that I found that quality to be appropriate. On tap at Montreal location on St Denis. AskForJenny (466), Ontario, New York, USA Jun 17, 2008 Draft at Saint Denis location - Really depressing take on a Belgian White. Good looking beer, cloudy with requisite internal glow, but terribly out of balance with lemon dominating all other flavors. If you have the chance pass. rman18 (178), South Amboy, New Jersey, USA Jun 16, 2008 This beer had the best flavor out of all the beers that Les 3 Brasseurs served which is not saying much. It was a good white beer with a strong wheat smell and flavor. Just had an OK texture and very small white head. Lubiere (3409), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Mar 24, 2008 A translucent yellowish ale with a thin lacing white head. A pleasant light lemony aroma, with typical bananas and cloves. In mouth, a decent wit with bananas and a bit of lemon. Well balanced and honest. On tap at Montreal St-Denis location, March 16 2008.
