Blonde ale that was pretty bland except for that damn perfumey quality that all of their beers have. Worst of the four.

Light pale golden yellow with a very very small white head. There is a very light taste, flavor and the palate of water. I wasn’t impressed with much at this brewer and this was the worst of the 4 I tried.

A lightly hazed ale with a very thin lacing white head. Sweet phenolic aroma, with honey and light spiciness. In mouth, a lightly sweet malt, with chalky notes, and sustained German hops. A bit cloying in the end. On tap at Montreal St-Denis location, March 16 2008.

Bottle: Poured a golden color with a white pillowy head. The aroma was fruit and hops. The taste is that of fruit or perfume with a dry hoppy spice finish.

[515-20070811] Tap @ 3 Brasseurs (Montréal, QC). Light floral wheat aroma with a hint of tropical fruit. Clear, yellow gold body with a long-lasting creamy white head. Mango fruit and pineapple sweet flavour has a lightly sour pucker for a finish. Medium body, nice. Impressive.
