Draught, in Strasbourg. Sweet, spicy aroma. Sparkling, clear golden colour. The head is white, but almost non-existant. Slightly spicy flavour. Has a good, distinct hoppiness which goes on into the aftertaste. Medium mouthfeel. Not bad.

Rue St. Denis, Montreal location... Draft... Clear, yellow ale with a large, creamy, white head. Good retention. Citrusy nose with notes of white pepper, grapefruit and light butterscotch. Medium bitter flavor with a nice citrus bite. Pink grapefruit and white wine. Light-bodied and fizzy. Short, crisp, dry finish.

[Ste.-Catherine St., Montreal] Clear (almost) straw with a nice, white ring which generated good lacing. Malty sweet aroma with a pleasant, fresh noble hops aroma. Very fresh and malty flavour, with hopping reminiscent of a continental pilsner. A little lingering bitterness. Light body with moderate carbonation. Better than what I expected, but really nothing special.
