Bottle, 33 cl. Thx to Danny (friends of the beer) Clear to light coudy amber to darkamber color, with medium white head. Aroma yeast, little malts, and bit spices. Medium body. Taste hops, yeast, spices, malts, fruity touch. Good for me.

Bottle. Pours a murky light brown with a small white head. Aroma is very sweet with lots of sweet caramel malt and yeast. Flavor of sweet fruits (fig, apple, pear) and a nice malt backbone with spices in the finish. Pretty nice, solid BSA. 7/4/8/4/14 (3.7/5)

Bottled. Hazy dark amber colour, mediumsized longlasting beigeish brown head. Aroma is fruits, caramel malts, some mild notes of wood and syrup. Flavour is caramel malts, some spicyness, syrup and also wooden notes along with some slight touches of burning alcohol. As it warms up the alcohol makes more of a burning feeling in the mouth and throat. Yet a quite nice strong ale, which varies from the masses.

Darker amber coloured with some light carbonation and a small off-white head. Sweet alcoholic, slighty malty roasted aroma. Full palate. Finish is bitter roasted, malty aroma. Very nice beer.

Bottle, bought @ BelgianShop.com.
Pours murky, dark brownish amber with a big, firm, frothy, off-white head. Lovely fruity and malty aroma. Prunes, apples, sweet barley, prunes, raisins. High carbonation, lovel creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has a light zesty tart green apple/apple peel note at first. Then good caramel malts, prunes, light vinious, sweet. Quite lovely actually.

(Bottle 33 cl) Courtesy of KimJohansen. Pours an almost clear amber golden with a dense off-white head. Very Belgian aroma of yeast and fruit. Solid body with very sweet fruits and a lightly bitter finish. Some alcohol presence. Yummy. 310808

Cloudy amber coloured beer with a small head. Sweet coriander aroma. Sweet, liquorice and coriander taste and a light bitter finish. This is a nice beer and could make a nice vintage beer. The only drawback might be that the coriander is a bit too dominating.

Bottle from Bierkoning. Light brown body with slight head. Nose of malts and sweet fruits. Some caramel too. Perky ale with apples in the finish. Gets sweeter in the end.
