(Bottle 75 cl) Very dark amber - close to being brown actually. Hazy with a delicious beige head. The brewmaster was a bit reluctant about selling this because he said it had a bit too much carbonation. And though it is helping itself out of the bottle it’s far from being a shooter like for instance the Blaugies range. Sourish, spicy nose. Incredibly complex and spicy flavours (no wonder with eight different malts...). Lovely aroma hops in the finish. Very dry, tart and quenching. 310505
