Sep 7, 2006 Bottle 75cl. Cloudy orange with a slim white head. Looks like a wheat beer. Intense sweet and sour apple aroma. Taste of nicely sweet apples and barnyard. Quite highly carbonated (maintaining its head). Very well balanced, with a lovely dry finish. Excellent.
