Hazy golden with a very large white head that disappeared quickly.
A lot of exciting scents including citrus, yeast, detergent and coriander.
There first thing I reacted about when I drank the beer was the large amount of carbonic acid. Otherwise the beer felt fresh and slightly acid. Pretty sweet, apples, spices, detergents, coriander, and much banana. Surprisingly pleasant, yes, I have my prejudices about organic beer.
