750 mL (green) bottle. (Best before 21/09/2010). Translucent amber-orange with a huge, fluffy white head that sticks around and leaves perfect lacing. Yeasty-spicy aroma. The flavour is candi sugar sweet, with spice, a bit of fruit (peach), and malt. Slight bitterness in the finish. Full body, medium to heavy carbonation. Good stuff.

Bottled, thanks to FatPhil for providing a poor student with this expensive bastard. Smells a bit soapy, with fresh forest or grass. Flowers, sticky. Hazy orange, thick white head. Taste dry, orange and lemon. Very bubbly.

On tap at Max’s. Light amber pour. Nice sweet hoppy aroma with lots of grain. Sweet taste with spice. Nice dry hoppy finish. I liked it.

Nice Belgian. Pours a cloudy darkish yellow (K says it’s a little green) Some good fruit flavor with a bit of a metallic hint. Pours with a short lasting fluffy white head that disappears almost immediately. Nice Belgian although I will agree twith others who have noted that it’s a bit sweet.

The pour is a nice hazy straw, with an ample white head. The nose is freshly cut grass, yeast with hints of sugars and floral tones. The flavor is that of honey, light sugars and wonderfully balanced. A great Golden ale.

375. Capped. Pours a cloudy and massively particulate orange-amber with a huge, rocky platinum blonde head. Lots of stiff egg-white-y lacing coming down the sides. Big sweet candi sugar, floral, grassy nose. Light crackers underneath a heavy dose of honey, grass, and floral notes on the mid-palate as well. Long raw sugar finish. Nice stuff, but the sweetness get a bit overpowering here and there--overall, it’s under control, but still a lotta sugar and definitely not an all the time thing.
