Strong hops, light bread, a little bit sour, light spicy. Big white foamy head which stays quite long, the body is of dark gold. The flavor started light sweet and gets bitter, medium lenght. On the palate the beer is light to medium strong, a little bit oily and dry with quite an amount of carbonation.
This one is also a good one from the Achouffe brewery. weaselkenievil (738), Cheshire, England

Slightly cloudy but fizzy. Tastes a little like a white beer, am I the only one who thinks that? Lovely smell, light spices, sweet stuff and banana cake. And makes a great sauce. Very nice. kevd193213 (513), Hope Valley, Rhode Island, USA

Aroma of yeast, bananas and spices. Taste of apple and spice, even malty finish. FatPhil (3483), Espoo, Finland

Muted gold, slightly cloudy, ice-cream float head. Very lively. Crisp initial hoppy aroma, spreads out into a pleasant sweet perfume, and a light maltiness. Soft carbonation in the mouth, despite its early apparent liveliness. Very mellow light malty body, sweet and appley. powerful wave of hoppiness follows and stays for a very long finish, even peppery in the end. popdoggy (100), USA

| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 9/10 | 5/5 | 20/20 | Dec 9, 2007 bottle. Body is light yellow/orange. The aroma reminds me of a cheap Spanish pale lager...skunk. Maybe this is due to the green bottle as wcampbell pointed out. Taste is smooth and delightful. Absolutely no taste of 8% abv. I really enjoyed this Belgian Strong Ale. TET (246), Finland

Aroma is fruitful, strawberries, whitebeer-likesh and little spicyness. In the flavour there are fruits, coriander, lemon, sourness, little sweetness and hops in the end. Lot of carbonation but it is stylish-like. Body is strong enought so the carbonation is not too much. Mix of different kind of styles, very refreshning and interesting beer.
