Mar 9, 2007 Updated: Nov 20, 2008Pours with a rich vanilla-colored head, with a warming citrus aroma. Light bronze color with a hazy body. Good carbonation, but finishes subtle on the palate. Flavors of apricot and spicy malts, with a refreshing dose of skunky Saaz hops. The sweet and malty banana and pear notes underneath maintain the beer’s tripel-style base; rounding out the body. Very tasty.

Not very exciting.

Mar 1, 2007 The most faboulous thing about this brew is its head, when poured correctly it is strong and flavorful. The beer itself is nice and tasteful. I recommend this beer strongly.

Feb 28, 2007 Light and golden in the glass with a long-lingering white head. Plenty of lacing. Crisp carbonation caries fruit to the nose. Peach/apricot/yeasty aromas and similar flavors which are balanced by sweet caramel malts. Malty finish suggests darker fruits.
