Bottel. Large fin bubbled off-white head that mostly lasted. Somewhat clear amber color. Fair display of lacework. Aroma of dusty grain, caramel, fruit, mild citrus. Over the palate mild bread. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and light dry texture. Moderated sweet flavor with a hint of acidic. Bread like dusty grainy finish. 6 / 3 / 7 / 3 / 12

75 cL bottle, as La choulette de printemps. Pours clear and golden amber with a lacing white head. Light metallic and malty aroma. Flavour is quite metallic and towards a blood note. Ends dry and slight bitter finish. - surprised that this has become an alias.5-4-5-3-11=2.8

Bottle, 75cl corked. Amber body, clear, some carbonation, and a small white head. Caramelized sugar and some fresh and dried fruits makes the aroma and flavor, and there’s some bitterness in the finish. Medium to full body, a bit sticky. A nice and easy-to-drink beer, but it’s a bit one-dimentional. (070601)
