(Bottle 75 cl) Pours a clear amber with basically no head. Light aroma of caramel. Sweet, full body with a distinct malty character. Soft, smooth and pleasant without much bitterness. 060706

(Bottle 75 cl) Courtesy of yespr. Comes as "La Choulette De Printemps". Pours a clear amber golden with a dense, off-white head leaving some lacework. Aroma of fruit, malt and a little caramel. An edge of cardboard. Medium-bodied with unclean, fusty notes. Short, dry finish. 6/3/5/2/11= 2.7 290508

75 cL bottle. Pours clear and golden amber with a lacing tan head. Malt dense and towards cognac aroma. Flavour is sweet caramel malt with a light overripe fruit note. Light wineous towards cognac flavour into the finish. Medium dry and fruity finish.6-3-6-3-11=2.9

75 cL bottle, as La choulette de printemps. Pours clear and golden amber with a lacing white head. Light metallic and malty aroma. Flavour is quite metallic and towards a blood note. Ends dry and slight bitter finish. - surprised that this has become an alias.5-4-5-3-11=2.8

Bottled. Amber colour, small head. Light toffee aroma. Sweet and clean, honeyish with some minerals. The mouthfeel is warming and creamy, and the finish grassy.

[as La Choulette De Printemps]. Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, fair lancing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, roasted, fruity. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (300508)

Brownish-amber. Toasty,nutty, caramelly aroma. Thin, light, toasty body. Sweet, bland, lifeless finish. Huge disappointment because some of their other brews are quite good.
