Jul 10, 2004 Sweet, deep red fruits, Twizzlers, malts, some chocolate. Nice aroma. Reddish-brown clear with small foamy off-white lacing head. Medium-heavy body with moderate carbonation. Starts with big sweetness, malts and cereal, nutty. Light acidity to balance, with finish of cereal grain, light cardboard, and smooth bitterness. Alcohol. After is warming, with light nutty sweet malts and not bitter at all.

Jul 12, 2007 Bottle, 75cl corked. Amber body, clear, some carbonation, and a small white head. Caramelized sugar and some fresh and dried fruits makes the aroma and flavor, and there’s some bitterness in the finish. Medium to full body, a bit sticky. A nice and easy-to-drink beer, but it’s a bit one-dimentional. (070601)
