Smells very heavily of sunflower seeds and peanut shells. Could be good if it didn’t have so much of that going on.

Bottle: Good French blond grainy, grassy hoppy with some coriander spices aftertaste in it.

Just can’t get on with this at all. Thick, treacley, Marmite-yeasty smoky honey nose. Potently boozy peaty malt more evocative of malt whiskey than any beer I’ve tried, including those brewed with added whiskey or aged in whiskey barrels. Glenmorangie and lemonade. Way too sweet. A very, very acquired taste for the lover of intensely sickly, whiskey-flavoured beers. Not remotely balanced or subtle, but I can still appreciate its a well-crafted beer. Urgh.

Bottle. Hmm, aromas are reminiscent of a European pilsener. Very grainy with hops. The flavors are unique, not sure how to describe but it seems like carpet, horse blanket or dust? Nice dry finish of some bitter hops and a medium mouthfeel, albeit a bit flat.

Nice gold hue; fizzy head at first but it soon faded. Bright nose was filled with spices and curious yeast. Lesser hints of orange solvent. Texture was very soft, with only a mild carbonation. Chewy and sticky in the finish. Malts were bready, with sweet, "fermented" dough flavors. Spices were of flowers, soap and plants. Bitterness popped up in the aftertaste and kind of left the tongue dry. The beer became almost white wine-like at times, especially with its fruity-alcohol element with apples and white grapes. Overall, not bad, but not great, either.

750ml Bottle. Blonde color, white head. Very sweet beer, almost too sweet. Needs more balance.

Bottled at Delirium, Gothenburg. Cloudy orange. Nutty and malty aroma. Vinous flavour; raisins, prunes. Sweet, almost sugary.
