| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 27, 2006 Dark auburn pour, bragging a rather large off-white head that mostly lasts. Malt focused nose with soft bready yeastiness. Soft rye-like notes accompany a earthy and chocolate reminiscent dryness that is compensated by sweeter nutty toffee. Almondy and grassy finish offers a friendly finish, of adequate growing bitterness that slowly takes over with diplomacy. Good execution.
