Chestnut, good lasting off white head and moderate condition. Low aromas of sweet brown sugar, a slight fruitiness and a gentle peppery-spicy hop note. Gentle earthy sweetness in the mouth with a pleasant subcurrent of malt and burnt toffee. Earthy dry fruitiness in the finish with some roasted barley lingering.
