Bottle. I thought I was going to have my first biere du garde rating, but found out this one was in another category despite the bottle saying Biere du Garde (La Choulette de Printemps). The most beautiful appearance, amber with pale brown medium head. Aroma differs from anything I´ve tried before, and I don´t know really what to say about it, very sweet malty with some fruit notes. I think it takes some time to get on with this one. taste sweet malt, caramel, fruity. A very different beer, that doesn´t go straight into my taste buds. Get´s better in the glass.
