| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Jun 17, 2006 Deep ruby. Large, dense, grayish pink head. Aroma of sweet, lightly tart raspberries. Flavor adds a berry skin like bitterness and decent malt support. Light/medium body, smooth. Simple, refreshing brew. badnewsbeers (1026), Grand Rapids, Michigan, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jun 12, 2006 light brown body with small white head...aroma is of biscuit and raspberry, as is the flavor...flavor has a nice, light chocolate backbone to the raspberry touch...not bad, but a bit watered down maybe DocLock (4648), Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | May 31, 2006 Bottle from Super Saver. Ruby pour with little head. Big oaky natural raspberry aroma, with some malt. Flavor is of raspberries, some oaky malts. Gets tarter as it warms. I’d buy this again. Silphium (2144), Haslett, Michigan, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | May 29, 2006 Ruddy orange-brown body, thin off-white head. Tart raspberry aroma, with toast and a touch of chocolate. Light, subtle body with delicate raspberry and delicate bread and biscuit support. Reminds me of Founders Rubaeus, but lighter and more subtle. Grew on me over time. Magjayran (1379), Durham, North Carolina, USA
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 23, 2006 Pours a reddish pink color with a large white head. Good lacing. Raspberry dominates the aroma. Strange yeasty presence behind the fruit. Sort of raspberry soda like flavor with a slightly dry finish. Good for small quantities with dessert but probably not the most sophisticated fruit beer out there. jimvy (131), O’Fallon, Missouri, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | May 11, 2006 Bottle. Pours cloudy, with a orange-brown tint. Pinkish white head last. Aroma is very similar to the blonde and amber, but with a hint of raspberry. Smells sweet upfront, with some fruity tartness respresenting the fruit. Medium body. Upfront there is sweetness, finishing with some tanginess. Raspberry is there, but faint. Lacks the sourness I was expecting from this beer. Overall, an easy drinking beer with a fair amount of compexity, but it doesn’t jump out at you with anything special. harlequinn (2745), Tacoma, Washington, USA
| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | May 9, 2006 Pink is like red but not quite. A very distinct fruit aroma, with a somewhat buttery maltiness, somewhat toasted with the slightest hint of raspberry syrup. Almost like what they squirt into your glass when you are getting a flavored latte. Artifical, light and thin. Kinz (2215), Glen Allen, Virginia, USA
| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Mar 11, 2006 Hazy amber with a slight head, faintest tinge of pink to the whole thing. I could be imagining that. Aroma of raspberry syrup. Flavor was more complex, with lots of toffee accented malts balanced by sweet raspberry. Faint tinge of sourn vinuousness as well. Is that even a word? Doesn’t matter, you get the idea. Touch thin, but not bad overall.
