Commercial Description:
La Triboulette Blonde (alcool 5 % vol.) est de couleur jaune doré. Son arôme de houblon fin se teinte de notes épicées. Moelleuse et équilibrée, sa saveur maltée se prolonge par une douce amertume.

Bottle. Unclear golden-orange with small, short lasting head. Hay, grass, little biscuity malt profile, youghurt, lemon-like acidity, herbal bitter finish. Light-medium body. A quite nice pale lager that makes me think of saisons.

750 ml bottle. Hazy, pale body with a nice, thick white head. Aroma is fruity and sourish. Flavor is very refreshing, almost somewhere between Champagne and Saison. Lemmon, malt and spicy. Citrus in the aftertaste.

Bottle. Opened with a huge bang. Huge white fizzy head that mostly diminished. Excellent lacing. Hazy orange color. Aroma was heavy citrus, some dust, barnyard, leather, fresh apple. Medium bodied with an average carbonation. Flavor was light sweet with hints of acidic from the citrus. This is an excellent summer beer.

Bottled, 0.75cl, champagne-cork. A clear, yellow beer with a nice white head. Sour-sweet, milky aroma with citrus, fruit and grain as well. The flavor is sour-sweet as well, with hay, malt, grain and a milky touch. Medium body. A quite nice and interesting ale giving a distinct impression that it is a farmhouse ale. (061229)
