Oct 10, 2006 Bottle. Unclear golden-orange with small, short lasting head. Hay, grass, little biscuity malt profile, youghurt, lemon-like acidity, herbal bitter finish. Light-medium body. A quite nice pale lager that makes me think of saisons.

Jan 6, 2007 750 ml bottle. Hazy, pale body with a nice, thick white head. Aroma is fruity and sourish. Flavor is very refreshing, almost somewhere between Champagne and Saison. Lemmon, malt and spicy. Citrus in the aftertaste.

Dec 17, 2006 A hazy orange beer with a thick yellowish head. The aroma is sweet malty with light notes of spices and yeast. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of fruit, leading to a dry slightly spicy end.

Mar 25, 2007 Bottle. Opened with a huge bang. Huge white fizzy head that mostly diminished. Excellent lacing. Hazy orange color. Aroma was heavy citrus, some dust, barnyard, leather, fresh apple. Medium bodied with an average carbonation. Flavor was light sweet with hints of acidic from the citrus. This is an excellent summer beer.

Jan 21, 2007 Bottled, 0.75cl, champagne-cork. A clear, yellow beer with a nice white head. Sour-sweet, milky aroma with citrus, fruit and grain as well. The flavor is sour-sweet as well, with hay, malt, grain and a milky touch. Medium body. A quite nice and interesting ale giving a distinct impression that it is a farmhouse ale. (061229)
