Nov 14, 2009 Bottle courtesy of bu11zeye. Huge head response that dissipates quickly. Pale straw pour. Cidery smell that is light and sweet with fruit. Tingly taste that is ripe with apple and pear. Crisp flavor that is a little tart. Refreshing although a little drying.

Nov 13, 2009 Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Pours with a large, and surprisingly long lasting white head over a clear golden body. Aroma of caramel, light apple pie spice, sugar and light funk. Taste is dry apple, light pie spice, fierce carbonation and some funk. Highly carbonated and medium to dry.

Oct 19, 2009 Bottle. Mondiale 2009 - day 3. "Cloudy green - yes, GREEN - pour with no head. Simple, almost boring aroma of slightly green apple and sweetner. The taste freaked me out - I got virtually no apple, it tasted like a lime sports drink cooler. Thin mouthfeel, just a hint of tart acidity, but ultimately sugary and the fruit character seemed forced and artificial - not horrible, but quite a letdown from the makers of 3 of the best ice ciders I have ever tasted.

Sep 9, 2009 Well no surprises here, it tastes like what you would expect a champagne with apples would taste like. Dry, bubbly apple juice. Refreshing, and quite nice. I enjoyed it.

Mar 13, 2009 A light pouring, "natural" sparkling cider. Tasted at the cidery. Flavor is unsweetened, and light of underripe apples. Palate features prickly carbonation, which slightly detracts from the flavor. Finish is crisp, slightly tart, and overall decent. My girlfriend didn’t care for this one as much as the rest of Face Cachee’s line.
