Sparkling clear light golden yellow.
Aroma is fresh apples and spice. Very aromatic. Light on the tongue, very little acidity and hides the alcohol well. Warming after. Very nice. argo0 (6907), Washington DC, USA

Aroma is sweet, apple, some crisp/tart, clean, faint alcohol. Taste is sweet, apple. Slight alcohol burn in the finish leaves a nice warming. Medium-full body with a bit of acidity. Very much a sipping beverage. CaptainCougar (5488), Rockville, Maryland, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 11, 2005 2003 Vintage: Still, very pale, faint greenish golden color with a low viscosity. Aroma is green and tart, nice and dry. Body has a nice sour apple flavor with subtle complexity and a dry, lightly warming finish. A good, very drinkable cider, but doesn’t come close to their other two offerings. Rastacouere (5553), Montréal, Quebec, Canada
| 2.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Jul 4, 2005 Very clear, pale greenish yellow with the slightest legs. Apple skin, dry without any of the rich face cache de la pomme sweetness. Woody and herbal. No acidity in mouth, watery flat with a light oiliness, sharp yet well contained 13% ABV. Like chewing on a woodchunk, too dry for me, I’d probably like it more sparkling in that regard.. or simply with more apple flavours. Watery, astringent and vinous.. Even the best breweries can’t all make only the best products. muzzlehatch (4427), Burlington, Vermont, USA
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 14/20 | Jul 1, 2005 375 ml bottle sampled at the tail end of the Ratebeer Mondial gathering with the few brave souls left. Very, very light blonde color with thick legs...light dried apple nose offers only a hint of alcohol...front of the palate offers a trace of sweetness, quickly becoming very very dry, wine-like with a bit of tingly alcohol only near the end, though it becomes a bit too prominent....interesting, not typical ice cider. tiggmtl (4311), Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jun 21, 2005 Dry appleskins, pencil shavings and alcohol in the aroma. Clear golden body is pale and still but wine-like with nice viscosity. Bitter and somewhat sour, acidic browned apple flavour. Somewhat watery though it does have some nice, dry, white wine-like characteristics. Generally not what one would expect from an ice cider - this one would pair well with the meal (perhaps roast or grilled pork) rather than as an after-dinner treat. First sampled at the Mondial de la Bière 2005 and resampled a few days afterwards. MartinT (5055), Montreal, Quebec, Canada
