Clear medium orange color with virtually none head. Aroma is moderate to light heavy sweet apple, sour apple, light honey. Flavor is heavy sweet and moderate to heavy bitter with a long duration, raisin. Body is medium to full, texture is syrupy, carbonation is soft to flat. Very nice ice cider ;O) [20091123]

Anoher brilliant ice cider from the masters.
I like:
Brilliant concentration. While present, the alcohol is fitting and feels even necessary to sustain the rich liquorous body. Floral, mature, ripe apple flavours, akin to Neige, but perhaps less acidic and nuttier, older.
I dislike:
Excessively thin. Trace hops.
