Bottled. A dark amber cider. The aroma has strong notes of apples. The flavor is very sweet with acidic notes Of apples, leading to a tart finish. Lovely.

Bottle 27,5 cl. Courtesy of TheCheeseMan. Pours a clear deep golden. Intense aroma of apples and overripe plums with some vanilla. Very thick, very sweet apple accents - almost honeyish - yet with an underlying tartness. Again vanilla accents. Lovely. 111009

Objectively speaking: Anoher brilliant ice cider from the masters.
I like: Brilliant concentration. While present, the alcohol is fitting and feels even necessary to sustain the rich liquorous body. Floral, mature, ripe apple flavours, akin to Neige, but perhaps less acidic and nuttier, older.
I dislike: Excessively thin. Trace hops.
