jerc (3330), Toronto, Ontario, Canada Jul 16, 2006 2003 Vintage, 50 mL bottle from SAQ. Rated July 2006. Crisp golden yellow body coats the sides of the glass a bit. Sweet alcoholic apple aroma. More tart acidity and less syrupy sweetness than some other ciders. Flavour really "pops" with a refreshing acidity. Medium palate suits it well. Very nice cider.

Deep golden orange pour. Enormous and intensely concentrated apple syrup flavor, just absolutely delightful. Easy to see why this is averaging a 4.15 on the site: it deserves it. What a glorious concoction. bu11zeye (4066), Frisco, Texas, USA Dec 27, 2008 (200ml bottle, 2005 vintage) Pours a clear golden body with descent legs. Aroma of apple, sugar, and mustiness. Flavor of apple, honey, and light wood in the background. elihapa (461), Hawaii, USA Dec 26, 2008 Pours bright gold from the bottle. Aroma of crisp apples. Flavor is smooth, refreshing, and initially quite a blast of apple. I tasted some tartness in the finish, to go along with some alcohol. This being only my second ice cider, I am still not one to judge. But this was incredibly tasty. I even liked how the tangy finish lent balance to the otherwise dessert like treat of ice cider! Tmoney99 (3822), Cincinnati, Ohio, USA Dec 8, 2008 Bottle from Champane Wine, Warren, MI.
Poured pale color with a minimall head that diminished quickly with minimal lacing. Heavy sweet apple aroma. Medium body with a smooth texture and flat carbonation. Flavor of tart apple with a medium sweet finish of moderate duration.
Went well with my cigar. Rciesla (1580), Brick City, New Jersey, USA Dec 8, 2008 Bottle at pauls and also at la face. Pours a pale yellow scotch reminicent body with no carbonation. Big sweet apple, carmalized sweet apple syrup. A note of vanilla. Excellent.
