La Fauconnerie Cidre de Bretagne Doux

My second cidre doux. This one poured a lovely murky golden colour with lovely streams of carbonation breaking through the body. A small white head could be found at first but it went away fast. A sourish, vinuous nose, apple shows, and a weak note of apple vinegar as well. The taste is very pleasant, sweet, almost sugary. Sweet red apple, a touch bit sickly/funky. Another very good apple juice from France that masquerades as cider.

0.75 l bottle brought from Bosnia & Herzegovina. Poured clear golden to orange body with small head that went away immediately. Aroma of apple, bit vinegar, too. Sourish and sweetish apple juice taste, with a bit of carbonation on palate. Finish is long and sweet, but pleasant. This was my first cider, well, it’s good and interesting experience, although hard to rate it here.
