Hand bottled
Hazy orange color, steady creamy white head. Weak banana-fruity estery aroma. Dry, slightly sourish, wheaty. A bit spicey finish. Refreshing with longstanding aftertaste.

(Hand-bottled, 5.0% ABV) Opaque yellow with a medium, foamy and white head. Mild, banana-fruity aroma with some toffee. Wheaty, mildly lemony, sweetish flavor with toffee hints. A pleasant and balanced hefeweizen.

Light aroma, pale straw color, frothy white head. Grainy fresh cracked grains, vanilla hints, dainty spiced end. Thin body, quick profile, light and refreshing. Average beer, but nothing to write home about.

On tap at the brewpub in Gouvy: Definetly not the style!!!! Straw yellow color, small layer of a head which leaves legs on the glass. Grainy nose and taste - actually I do not see any difference to the Pilsette I just tasted.

Draft at DBF2005. Weak yeasty aroma. Hazy yellow beer, small white head. Weak wheaty flavor, quite boring and uninteresting.

Tap, ZBF2004. Cloudy gold, good fluffy white head and moderate fine condition. Initial aroma of sulphur soon subsiding, leaving wheaty banana notes, some esters and a hint of butterscotch towards the end. Soft in the mouth with lemon citrus and esters developing. Slightly sweet and phenolic with a hint of chalk in the finish. Starts like a weizen, becomes wit-like then just does what the hell it wants in the finish.

[Draught] Pale yellow coloured. Natural banana aroma. The flavour is wheaty and bready. Thin finish.
