Loads of caramel and slightly dusty malts. Molasses and Wheatabix, Shreddies and cheese. Slightly bitter, or, I should say drying as it is just so sweet and mellow.

Bottle 33cl. Pours a nice clear deep red colour with a good size head and normal carbonation. Aroma is very fruity and has notes of malts too. Besides the fruits, there is a good amount of smokeyness there in the flavour with nice notes of raisins too, well balanced. Goes down very smooth.

Bottle. A light sweet aroma with some champagne.Later also some bread, but not that strong. The body is cloudy and orange-red. The head is white, medium large and fizzy with a short duration. The first taste is light sweet but then it gets more bitter. The finish is long and mild with some yeast. The carbonation is lively, the body is light to medium and creamy. The finish is light astringent.

Bottle. Pours dark amber with a decent frothy beige head. Aromas of mild caramel and light stone fruits. Medium body with frothy carbonation. It is clean and fruity - but not sugary. Flavors of caramel, light fruit, and yeast/spice. Finishes less than dry, and it’s not all that bitter. But it drinks very nicely.

A clear red/brown colored beer, with a beige head. The aroma of caramel malts, very fruity, like cherries. The taste is caramel sweet, with some bitter and fruits, cherrie and raisins. Some spices in the back. The aftertaste is bittersweet with spices.

Dark amber colour, small off white head. Aroma is very yeasty with some lemon notes. Spicy flavor balanced with yeast background. Too ordinary.
