Commercial Description:
Blond, bright and sparkling with a fine and creamy head. Deliciously fragrant thanks to a slight hint of fine hops. Delicate flavour, mellow, perfect as aperitif.

Bottle, at a vaguely Greek bar close to Brussels Nord, March 2006. Hazy gold, good white head and moderate condition. Pleasantly sweet and chalky aromas with hints of yeast and spicy hops, soft and chalky in the mouth with sweet yeast but reduced hop notes affecting the balance, gentle lingering yeastiness in the finish.

Bottle @ home.
Clear medium orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, caramel, moderate yeasty, anis-sead notes. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (280608)

Bottle @ De Zotte. A malty, rather sweet, fruity blond beer with a slightly bitter finish. Nothing special.
