Jul 2, 2005 Tap, ZBF 2005. Hazy gold, thin white head and gentle condition. Gentle malt aromas, low sweet grain in the mouth with developing hoppiness, becoming hop bitter in the finish.

Mar 6, 2005 Draught Pale gold; small white head. Very faint grain, very faint malt... actually, very faint nose, if any. Grainy, very fresh taste, bit of lunaria; fresh "spring" flavours (blossoms, buds,...) Light, refreshing sparkling without being fizzy. The way a light beer can be, as a good, artisanal pilsener.
