Oct 31, 2005 6 oz. sample at brewpub. Pours dark brownish black, opaque with a creamy, light brown head. Aroma is sweet and roasty with nce coffee notes. Bitter, roasty flavors, bakers chocolate, dark coffee, herbal notes and grass with an astringent finish. Full, pleasant body with moderate carbonation.
