La Lièvre Brune au Miel

Deep ruby in colour, lingering tan coloured head, light lacing. The aroma is sweet upfront, light alcohol, caramel malts, nuts. The flavour does have a touch of honey, toasty, caramel malts, lingering sweetness. Sweet mouthfeel, medium/light body, medium/high carbonation. Finishes with some light alcohol, quite sweet and lingering.

While there was some light honey in the flavour, you would know it from the aroma. Fairly one-dimensional and straight forward.

Biere de couleur rouge-brun avec un mince collet non-collant. Arome d’alcohol, miel, sucré. sirop d’érable, cendré. Gout qui ne ressort pas beaucoup a l’exeption d’un peu de miel et également un brin d’épices.

Bière de style Honey brown à 6.5%. Robe rousse assez foncée. Faible arôme de miel. Légère amertûme à la finale avec un petit goût sucré. Agréablement surpris de ce profuit!

Bouteille 341 ml. La bière est de couleur brun acajou et possède une mousse très fugace qui laisse rapidement place à un vide total. Au nez des arômes de noix grillés, de caramel, de sucre, de miel, de fleurs et de houblon herbeux viennent rencontrer mon sens de l’odorat. En bouche la bière s’annonce avec un corps mince- moyen qui cohabite avec des flaveurs de grain caramélisé grillés et de houblon herbeux et terreux.

Bottle. Dark brown color, thick white head that dissepears quick. Aroma of malt and caramel. Taste is mainly the same with caramel and some smoke. Not a bad one but not really the best of this style.
