Sep 19, 2006 500ml Corked Bottle. Golden and still. Aromas are sweet and sour apple with vinegar and oak wood notes. Flavours are earthy dry apple with some sweetness. Has some medium sweet white wine character. Woody and fairly traditional but with a pleasant sparkle that livens the palate. Dry and woody on the finish. A good bottled cider.
