La Mare Jersey Cider

Bottle. Orange/gold and still. Aromas are earthy and woody with sweet and sour apple. Hints of vinegar. Flavours are dry and woody with apple. Fairly sweet and soft. Dry on the finish. Alcohol remains hidden. Not too traditional, but decent.

Polypin at Hamptonne Farm, Jersey. Gold orange with no head. Whatever you do, do not buy cider here, extraordinarily expensive, £2:50 for 10 fl oz!! Sweetish peely apple notes, bright and clear, not worth the money.
