Bottle bought in the Old Town, Nice, France. Pale yellow color, white head. Spicy aroma, citrus notes. Malty, quite discreet flavor with a slightly unpleasant hoppy finish.

33 cl bottle...pours golden yellow with a huge fluffy white head (again..over carbonation). The aromas were packed full of yeast, bread, followed by some fruit...mostly white grapes/raisins. The palate had a champagne like carbonation which actually helped accentuate the flavors of white grapes and apples. The carboantion also helped carry a lingering sweet tart finish. The beer reminded me of a saison without the spice and funk. Very strange, but very drinkable beer.

Pils, optimal scent, little aromas, much bitter in the end. Yellow, with white foam. not bad

Brougth this from Nice, as a part of a 3 pack. Expired about 6 months ago. Whie the other two brews from this company were not affected much by the expiration date, this one seems to have gone to heaven. First of all, this beer poured with no head, lots of carbonation. The color is similar to a bud, can see right through the beer. Then I have no idea how this is a spice beer, no presence of any spice, or herb, or veg. It smelled like rotten apples, and tasted like nothing. Could not finish even half the bottle.
