Nel freddo dell’inverno è gradevole, tra le altre cose, perchè non essendo corposissima pur avendo una schiuma molto persistente, può ricordare chiare estive.
Bevuta alla spina in co2 presso la Pazzeria di Milano.

Tastes a lot like Delerium Tremens with a bit more spice in it (and there is already too much). Lacking a punch, lacking any kind of strong definition. It was very disappointing, especially compared to the label! plovmand (1728), Helsinge, Denmark

Very spicy coriander like aroma with lots of lovely fruity notes like banana and peach. Flavour is Sweet malty with lots of banana and some clove. Light fruity. Medium bodied. Nice trippel. Slightly hazy pale golden colour with some small particles. Sour hoppy tatse. Slight hints of apple in the nose. CapedBrewsader (261), Brasschaat, Belgium

Lots of translucent floaties. Pale malt with pear juice. Low background banana and even bubblegum. Creamy yeast and an indescribable spice. Spritzy CO2 pushes a decent pale malt through with banana bread. Yeast punch with mixed pale fruit. Slight oxidation, but it works with the sweet pale malt. Unfortunately the floaties are noticable in my mouth. I don’t tend to like chunks with my beer. Alcohol and banana bread finish out the beer with a medium-light but definite hop bitterness. imdownthepub (5171), Banbury, Oxfordshire, England
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Feb 5, 2009 Bottled, 330ml clay coated. Yellow gold with white head. Quite an alcohol fueled start to the beer, plenty of vinous, wine notes leading to quite a sweet flavour. Always drinkable throughout, rather to be sipped than quaffed, there is some herby, lemony tang to cut the sweetness. Pretty reasonable overall. eManu (204), Brussels, Belgium

Anyway it is a good blond beer a quite strong malty taste. austone (1039), Turku; Pori, Finland

Nose is lemon, coriander, zest, alcohol and little yeast. Grainy flavor with lots of citric fruits, yeast and an alcoholic white vinous finish. Medium bodied, strong foaming carbonation. Drink and forget, not much of a christmas brew.
