Head is initially large, frothy, white, good lacing, fully lasting. Body is hazy medium yellow, dense tiny particles, bottle conditioned. Aroma is moderately hoppy (flowers, herbs, citrus - lemon), moderately yeasty (dough), with a note of pineapple and a hint of pepper/alcohol. Flavor is moderately sweet, moderately bitter, moderately acidic. Finish is lightly sweet, lightly bitter, lightly acidic. Medium to full body, dry and creamy texture, lively carbonation, lightly alcoholic. The aroma is a bit yeast heavy and not very bright, but the flavor is nicely balanced and clean, with a pleasant light finish, and a creamy mouthfeel.

Bottle, 33cl, courtesy of Plovmand. An almost golden beer with microfloaties and a white head. Sweet, citrusy and slightly spiced nose with hints of alcohol. Mostly on the fruity side. The flavor has a more pronounced alcohol touch, a fine bitterness, and sweet, citrusy and spiced elements. Warming mouthfeel, full-bodied. Lasting warming and bitter finish with some spices too. A quite pleasant one. 090822

33cL bottle from Malmedy Carrefour. Poured a cloudy, gold color; white, foamy head that quickly settled. Both the aroma and the flavor were dominated by fruit (grape/orange?). It was a different flavor but refreshing. I would recommend trying it.

The beer sets in the glass a hazy yellow-orange color with the head generous in size and bright white in color, as it fades rather quickly the resultant lace forms a thin sheet to obscure the glass. Nose is large and spicy hints of citrus, sweet malt with some yeast tones, and a touch of pepper. Malt start, slightly sweet, medium body, finish is dry, acidic, moderately carbonated, hops are pleasing to the palate and the aftertaste some what alcohol bitter, a decent drinking beer.

Bottled. Orangeish golden colour with mediumsized creamy white head. Aroma is very fruity with some yeastyness and mild caramel. Flavour is also fruity and yeasty with some hints of wood, vanilla and caramel. As it warms up also some spices become present.
