Hazy amber. Off-white frothy head. I initially had a skunky opinion of the aroma. Some yeasty fruitiness comes out after a while. Dry caramel. Flavor is kind of light (what is this "extra rich" thing in the description). Maybe it is just the palate that is light. Flavor has flowers with some bright citrusy tones. Dry chalky malt. Sweet green lemons. Okay beer... would prefer something with more sweet earthy stuff.

Bottle. Hazy light amber body under a foamy white head. Hoppy, yeast-spicy aroma with a lightly toasty pale malt and soft minerals. The flavor brings in a big tart, weedy hop presence alongside bitter orange flesh and minerally pale malt. Sort of a Belgian IPA with the big hops.

Bottle. Cloudy amber colour with a huge explosive head. Aroma of sweetness, sourness and caramel. Flavour of yeast, malt and caramel. Very much charakter home brew. Very high carbonated.

Orange amber poor with coffee cinnamon like and sticky head with some sediments. Aromas of apple sauce with a hint of cinnamon. Flavors of humidity, oranges, apples and madeira. Alcohol to the palate, citrus like and a hint of peppers. Long lasting bitternesss.

Brewed in 2005, hazy amber hue, with a frothy beige head, yeasty, fruity raisiny nose, with a toasted malt note, with a pruney, date, and raisin winey accent, a faint floral hop and subtle spicy aroma follows through on a medium-bodied palate with a yeasty, raw malty character, a faint earthy tobacco note, a fruity winey note of raisin, prune and date, hint of nutmeg spiciness, leading towards a fruity, malty and a faint dry hoppy finish.

Bottle (from Bitter Virtue< BB end 09). Upon opening the cork shot across the room and thankfully spurted liquid all over the uncarpeted floor of the room I was in. Slighlty spicy yeast and sweet caramelly fruit. Some tartness in the finish which doesnt wholly counterbalance the other flavours.

Bottle uncorked with a POP and a gush of beers that streamed out for 5 min. The pour is 3/4 head. Tart minerally basement aroma with pear. Tart, bitter, sweet balance of flavor, dry and funky. clean finish. Overall a little flabby but not bad.
