Citrus, fruits and yeast in the aroma. A bit bland. Flavour is light yeasty and grapy. Has some fruits. Has a very sharp edge. Watery and dry. Grapish light sour end. Nowhere near the other brews for this usually good brewery. mgumby10 (1858), Jupiter, Florida, USA

Very funky, rotted orange (in a good way), and sourness. Taste actually is somewhat mellow, but a nice acidity to it that makes it what it is. Very refreshing and pretty easy to drink. Pretty citrus in the taste, lemons, tangerines. Very nicely done. Thanks SoLan. Eructoblaster (1508), Gatineau, Quebec, Canada

Good malty/hoppy aroma with herbal and piny notes. Alcohol is well hidden. Sharp hoppy taste that carries spruce/pine hints. Ends with a robust bitter finish. Very good one! Inhalation detects the classic farm-house charm, with a bit of spiciness and a residual sweetness.
Body is medium full with a finish that strangely both sticky and dry. It might be too full-bodied if it weren’t for the aggressive carbonation.
Very nice malty depth with a nice pie crust-like sweetness intermingling with a creamy vanilla aspect. The sweetness dances beautifully with the slighlty tart, funky saison flavor. There’s a good bit of spice in the flavor, hard to nail it down. There are also lovely woody hops notes round out this expertly balanced brew.
A saison plus a healthy malt character. Really an exceptional beer. I could live on this stuff. SSSteve (2092), Atlanta, Georgia, USA

Very, very bubbly, the glass was 90% foam even after I let it sit. I hate that. Pretty complex brew with loads of tropical fruits and exotic spices. I might be strange but a beer that is very carbonated is harder for me to pick out flavors. KnutAlbert (3217), Oslo, Norway

Gingerbread and cookie aroma, sweet, but not cloying. Some pepper.
You hardly feel the alcohol, but there is a warmth in the finish that tells you it is there.
