Stale, sour aroma that I found a little off-putting. Decent tartness with some apple cider notes, honey and floral as well. Very spritzy and light on the palette. Likeable enough!

Dark amber body that is a little cloudy. An extraordinary amount of bubbling activity from the etching in my tulip. The head is large and light off white. The smell is a litel overwhelming with delcious honey, hay and some funky dried apples. This is a great smelling beer. The taste reminds me of waffles without any thing on top. There is also a dry hay note with some light dandelions. it gets a little sweeter as you drink. A nice saison that hits with a high abv punch that you cannot detect at all.

750 ml bottle poured a hazy golden amber with a small amber head. Aromas of ginger, straw and barnyard. Palate was light bodied and dry. Flavors of straw, horseblanket and a hint of apple with a dry finish.

Amber beer with lots of particles. Big, white head. The aroma is yeasty, musty and tart at the same time with some cheese notes. Sweet and sour, lots of fruitiness. A very original spiciness, moving towards a bitter finish. Fizzy, medium body. A complex and quite original brew, may need a couple of tastings before becoming one’s favourite, though.

Couleur ambrée, mousse crémeuse et persistante. Séduisantes caractéristiques des levures de la maison…moyennement sauvages, grange, toiles d’araignée, herbes vertes, bien maltée aussi. À re-essayer !

(750ml bottle) Pours a lightly cloudy copper body with a large off-white head. Aroma of spicy yeast, cheese, and mustiness. Flavor of spicy yeast, fruitiness, and spices with a somewhat bitter finish.

Pours with a slightly cloudy orange body topped by a thick head with a good amount of lacing. It’s slightly sweet and floral with a touch of malt, a little pepper and a touch of spice. Medium bodied, numbing on the tongue and a touch warming.

Unhinged the coil clamp, cork pops off and we’re ready to party. In the glass, it’s a beautiful hazy brownish-orange with a foamy tan, 1/2" thick head, leaving some of the most attractive lacing known to man. Aroma entices with pepper, orange rind, sweet and sour apricots, sage, perfume and tart grapes. Flavor begins as subtle and reserved, and then the complexities introduce themselves. Mild oranges suffice for any souring compound that might have been predicated in the nose. Cinnamon, peppered yeast phenols and orange crème flavoring is so cohesively melded that pointing out individual characteristics is futile. Herbal intersections countermand mildly spicy hops. Effervescent, light and appreciatively creamy at times. Finishes like orange blossom muffins. A top notch saison.
