Big bottle. Ugly sediment on the side even though the bottle has been upright for two months. Big pop as the beer starts to rise out. Even after pouring there are a lot of bubbles in the bottle. Creamy cream coloured haed on orange-amber. Quiet mellow spice scent. First taste is a bit of a funky spice kick. The beer settles into a caramel spiced Saison Winter Warmer.

Bottle, courtesy Tony at Oldsmar Tap House. Pours a light copper color, with a foamy white head and lots of lacing. Musky hoppy Belgian yeast aromas, some clove. Bright yeast flavors, some elements of cider, and overall has that typical high-quality Belgian beer feel to it. Slight musk holds overall flavor back, but doesn’t ruin anything.

I’ve been warned. And after soacking my living room in beer, i realized this was a bit of a touchy one. But the furious fizz turned into a beautiful velvety prickling mouthfeel. doesn’t look too good, but forgiveable. nicely bitter with honed juniper wood notes.peppery finish. don’t be fooled by the gay label, this is a very hunky bottle of beer xxx

750 ml bottle. Opened with a bang. Aroma is a bit dusty with light stone fruit. Color is a rich reddish amber, like overripe apricot. Decent beige head. Strong sweet fruit aroma as the glass approaches the lips. Medium body with creamy carbonation. Flavor is dry, woody, dusty light stone fruit - apricot, peach, nectarine. It’s a bit spicy, and there might be cardamom. It seems a tad astringent. Finish is quite dry with a decent level of floral/fruit bitter. Goes down a treat.

A cold pour prduces a tall lasting head w/ sticky lacing that lingers around the glass. It’s an orangish gold color w/ aromas of dusty peaches in wooden crates going to market. Light nectar w/ good carbobation. Its light, fluffy, and dry w/ fruity peaches, pear, nectarine, citrus, and oak. The finish is bittered nicely and is very dry w/ lingering oak flavors.

a thoroughly enjoyable ale, the cloudy hued beer is topped by a thin white layer that feeds on the tantalizing bubbles. the inviting aroma of fruits and flower is simple yet intriguing. the flavor is typical of belgian strong ale, (typical belgian?) fruity, spicy, and highly drinkable...., hence very dangerous.
