| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Feb 18, 2007 (Bottle 75 cl) Pours a hazy, amber golden with a small, off-white head. Sweet’n’sour aroma with a whiff of caramel. Heavy carbonation - actually this beer is doing the usual, spritzy Blaugies gushing thing - always open their beers over the kitchen sink - this time Ungstrup was soaked, so no big deal though... The body is medium, flavours are fruity, dry and spicy pointing in all directions. Very special - and overrated as most Blaugies beers. 120207 yespr (12414), Copenhagen O, Denmark
