Tap, ZBF 2005. Gold, good white head and moderate condition. Soft fruity maltiness in the nose, chalky sweet and quite grainy in the mouth and a sweet lingering chalkiness in the finish.

Based upon recipes of the Danish brewery Apollo, this nearly amber beer, is very easy going. Thinniss head, and poor glasses. Try more delicate ones and the taste is much better. Malty beer, grainy, soft taste nice bitters at the end.

On tap at Kafe Belgie, Utrecht. Clear golden coloured, small dying head. Malty and grainy aroma, some citrus. Malty sweetness in flavour. Annoying brew.

Tap at Kafe Belgie. Hazy golden color, short white head. Aroma is grainy, some wheat and a hint of citrus. Soft and sweet taste, slightly bitter. Refreshing palate. I didn’t expect this to be an european strong lager actually. More like a blond belgian ale.

Golden colour with a white head. Heavy sweet malty aroma and taste. Medium body and a sweet finish.

Citrusy malt aroma. Yellow/golden colour. Vey like strong Danish lager, but much maltier. That actually suits this beer very well.

Draught Bright yellow-orange, good very fine off-white head. Grain - even wheat - in the nose, dull, but in the way a hot summer day is dull - ’languid’. Faint citrus. Very grainy-wheaty raw grains taste, really full of malt sweetness and restsugars. A bit sticky, but not annoying. Actually this beer is refreshing, which is perpendicular to its taste. Served way too cold, however. Better than the first Fourquets beer I had, but in the end, it is also dull in the strict sense of the word.
