Bouteille de 341ml. Bière dorée trouble, peu de mousse. Nez peu invitant, épices. En bouche le bière est mince, goût de coriandre. Pas une grande blanche.

Bottle: Poured a clear pale yellow color ale with a large pure white foamy head with good retention and minimal lacing. Aroma of coriander is really dominant and surprisingly intense but still very much enjoyable. Taste is also dominated by loads of coriander with light notes of orange peel and almost no wheat malt was discernible. Body is a bit thin for style with great carbonation. Not bad overall if maybe a tad too spiced which renders this one-dimensional.

Une très agréable odeur de parfum de douce herbe. Peux de mousse et dentelle. Un très bon goût prononcé. Peut d’arrière goût acre. Douce. Plus goûteuse d’orange une fois la lie mélangée. Meilleur sans la mêler.

Bottle - 341ml. Cloudy golden body with heavy carbonation and a thin, fading white bubbly head. Decent malty/hoppy aroma with yeasty and citrusy hints. Taste is rather thin. It carries light coriander and citrusy notes. Carbonation is agressive and finish is short. Unimpressive.

341 ml bottle from La Trappe à Fromage, served cold in a Scotch-Irish taster glass. Brewed AU 09.

App.: Cloudy deep golden with a Small, frail white head. Aroma: Light yeast and bread dough, fresh and pleasant orange/citrus and lighter coriander, some biscuit and toast malts, a little sweet and floral, some light tropical esters as it warms. Palate: Medium body, moderate carbonation with some sharp bubbles. Flav.: A bit more yeast/dough than the nose, some wheat and wet hay, earthy coriander, some orange and citrus; just off-dry with very little bitterness and a light citrusy finish.

A nice brew.
