Bottled. An amber beer with a slight sediment floating around under a thin beige head. Both the aroma and flavor are sweet with notes of malt and caramel. Thanks yespr for sharing.

(Bottle 33 cl) This origianal version from "Brasserie Ruwet" in Thimister - mostly known for their ciders. Golden, almost honey coloured, hazy with a nice, dense head. Very soft mouthfeel without any pronounced bitterness - rather a slight, somewhat citrusy tartness. Very delicious and pleasant ale. 080799

Bottled. Slightly hazy orange colour with particles floating around. Aroma is very sour fruity with some sweet peach and red berries. Flavour is yeasty, leathery, nutty and quite fruity. Also a bunch of toffee as it warms up a bit.

33cl bottle. Poured a medium and hazy golden color with a huge, huge sized white head. Aromas of yeast (strong initially and then almost completely faded), lightly fruity, and spicy. Tastes of sweet apples, very light yeast, and spices. Body somewhat on the thin side. Alcohol content hidden. Lots of thick and fluffy lacing left on the glass. This one grew on me as I drank more.
