330 ml bottle. Peach cloudy golden colour, good head that doesn’t last long, but leaves some lace and always remains a ring. Smell of peaches, apple, banana, a bit of spices and tropical fruits. Very impressive. Sweet flavor that leaves your tongue asking for more, body could may be a little stronger, but it’s good enough. Taste of apples, spices (pepper?), banana and tropical fruits again. I wouldn’t mind to get more of this one.

1 Jun 2005 - Luscious stone fruit and complex hop aroma. Cloudy blonde colour, great head and lacing. Lovely light sweet fruit flavour. Tangy, medium mouthfeel and lingering finish.

Bottle, 33 cl. Hazy golden color with big white head. Aroma little spicy and yeasty. Medium body. Taste little spicy and yeast again. Like to drink it again... Nice beer.

Bottle. Golden orange colour, hazy, with a good white head. Great spicy rye bread aroma. Rye bread flavours, some rummy notes, noticeable alcohol. Sweet, but somehow the spicy yeastiness keeps it in check. A great Belgian blond ale, no doubt, but hard to get your hands on.

Bottled. Slightly hazy orange colour with particles floating around. Aroma is very sour fruity with some sweet peach and red berries. Flavour is yeasty, leathery, nutty and quite fruity. Also a bunch of toffee as it warms up a bit.

(Bottle 33 cl) This origianal version from "Brasserie Ruwet" in Thimister - mostly known for their ciders. Golden, almost honey coloured, hazy with a nice, dense head. Very soft mouthfeel without any pronounced bitterness - rather a slight, somewhat citrusy tartness. Very delicious and pleasant ale. 080799

Brux 07. Pours a very hazy yellow. Sweet with some bitternss. Malty notes of cereals. Also some spicy fruityness of abricot. Sweet finish.
