Commercial Description:

Bottled. An amber beer with a thick dark cream colored head. The aroma is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, dusty hops and a weird note of straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and herbs, as well as light notes of alcohol, leading to a dry bitter finish.

(Bottle 33 cl) Clear, amber golden with a creamy, off-white head leaving some laces. Sweet caramel in the aroma. Rather full body with sweet toffee notes yet still managing to end rather dry. No greater bitterness. 250806

Dark red ruby color (more like amber), big creamy beige, lace. Red currant and plum pudding in the aroma. Fruity, berries and ashy hops in the flavor. Combination of flavours is not very likeable. Acidy finish.

It’s hazy, orange-brown with a lot of sediment and a white head. The aroma has notes of malt, fruit, citrus and sourness. The flavor is sweet with notes of fruit, apple, acetone and slightly sour citrus.

a sim rate: I totally meant to open my root beer and opened this before I realised I’d pulled the wrong bottle out of the fridge. I’m hardly disappointed though. The aroma has hints of nuts and fruits and smells a bit like christmas cake... and although I hate christmas cake, the aroma is gorgeous. The head dissapated quickly even though I had it in a Delirium glass. The flavour... well, all I can say about it is it tastes exactly like peanut butter. No doubt about it, it’s peanut butter. Yummmmmy!
