Hazy yellow color, small white head. Sour nose. Sweet fruity and complex flavor. Then my cryptic rating - the last of the long evening in Gothernburg - says that: "but needs some more craftmanship". Maria (6333), Thisted, Denmark

Pours hazy, pale yellow with a great-looking, creamy white head. Aroma is pretty spicy. Some pepper, yeast, ginger and lemons. Low carbonation, dry and fat mouthfeel. Light and spicy flavour, sweet with lots of ginger and pear-like fruitiness. Spicy dryness at the finish. Not my thing. duff (5475), Surrey, Greater London, England
| 2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Jun 21, 2006 Bottle. Horrible sweet fizzyness. Slightly sticky, with noticable alcohol, with a slightly orangey hop bitterness on the finish. This was pretty bad though, and i much prefered the Brune.
